Talent as defined by Merriam-Webster --- "the natural endowments of a person", "a special creative or artistic aptitude", "general intelligence or mental power or ability".

Based on these definitions:

• What's your talent? What ability of yours are you most proudest of?
  
• What new talents have you recently discovered about yourself?
• What are some of your talents only few people know about?
  
• What do you envy from other people's talents? Do you wish you'd have it?
  
• If you could earn from this talent, would that make you happy or stressed?
